Your account
You must be old enough to form a contract where you live, and the details you give us must be true. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for what happens in your account.
Plans and fees
There is no Dotwork fee on your first $10k invoiced each calendar year. After that, Solo carries a 1% Dotwork fee; Studio and Team carry none. Card processing is 2.9% + 30¢ on every plan, passed through at cost.
Your money
Payments are held and moved by licensed payment partners under their own terms, which you accept when you turn on payouts.
Your content
What you upload stays yours. You give us permission to store and show it only so the service works.
Ending the service
You can close your account any time. We may suspend accounts used for fraud or abuse, and we will tell you why.
Changes
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will email you at least 30 days before it takes effect.
